Gary Cole

President

Gary Cole is a results-driven operations executive with 25 years of experience in the planning, development, staffing and leadership of manufacturing, distribution and supply chain organizations. For the past two decades, Gary has held several key leadership positions within The Friedkin Group, most recently as vice president of vehicle processing and parts distribution. Gary earned his bachelor of business administration from Texas State University as well as advanced executive certifications from both The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Away from work, Gary enjoys family life, traveling, teaching Sunday School and riding motorcycles. He and his wife, Patti, and their three children reside in The Woodlands, Texas.

Doug Bennett

Senior Director, Business Development and Operations

With over 25 years of combined auto transport management, vehicle processing and manufacturing experience, Doug joined US AutoLogistics in 2009 to oversee operational activity of the company’s origin point locations, OEM customer relationships and long-term business strategy. Prior to his current role, Doug served as senior manager at a major OEM vehicle processing center where he played a key role in the facility’s transformation and implementation of a cross-training labor strategy to accommodate record-breaking volumes and variability. Doug takes tremendous pride in his daily focus on associate engagement and company culture by stressing value-driven behaviors and a “do the right thing” approach. Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Davenport University and is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. Away from the office, he enjoys family time, golf and travel. Doug and his family reside in Kingwood, Texas.

Brent Hollenbaugh

Director, Human Resources

With over 15 years of transportation, oil and gas, and military human resources experience, Brent joined US AutoLogistics in 2016.  Prior to joining USAL, Brent held human resources leadership positions at both Nabors Industries and Patterson-UTI Energy, both major US oil and gas drilling contractors.  Prior to going to the private sector, Brent served in the US Navy and held a broad range of leadership positions, ranging from aviation maintenance to occupational safety and health to recruiting management.  His broad experience level has allowed him to bring a unique approach to the human resources function with a strong sense of business acumen.  Brent believes that human resources is a strategic partner to the business and has an ongoing responsibility to serve as the “associate advocate” for the company’s most important assets, the people.  Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA with emphasis on human resources management, both from Liberty University.  Brent is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).  Away from the office he enjoys family time, volunteering, playing golf, and traveling.

Fred Kraft

Director, Risk Management

Fred joined US AutoLogistics in 2009 and has nearly 40 years of experience in the auto transportation industry. Prior to joining USAL, Fred served with Ryder Automotive Carrier Division and Allied Systems for 31 years, with his final role as vice president of safety and training. In his current role, Fred is responsible for all safety, quality and training initiatives, including serving as the company's compliance officer. With USAL’s unique values-based culture and S.O.L.D. philosophy, Fred has implemented a comprehensive safety and training curriculum which supports USAL's driver workforce. Fred and his wife, Tina, reside in Montgomery, Texas.

Lee McCormick

Director, Financial Services

Lee McCormick brings over 25 years of financial planning and analysis to US AutoLogistics. In his current role since March 2016, Lee oversees all finance operations, information technology and strategic sourcing. Prior to coming to USAL, Lee served for nearly eight years at Gulf States Toyota as senior manager of business planning and analysis. Lee holds a bachelor of finance from Murray State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. In his spare time, Lee enjoys exploring Houston's central city and playing golf.
