Gary Cole

President

Gary Cole is a results-driven operations executive with 25 years of experience in the planning, development, staffing and leadership of manufacturing, distribution and supply chain organizations. For the past two decades, Gary has held several key leadership positions within The Friedkin Group, most recently as vice president of vehicle processing and parts distribution. Gary earned his bachelor of business administration from Texas State University as well as advanced executive certifications from both The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Away from work, Gary enjoys family life, traveling, teaching Sunday School and riding motorcycles. He and his wife, Patti, and their three children reside in The Woodlands, Texas.

Doug Bennett

Senior Director, Business Development and Operations

With over 25 years of combined auto transport management, vehicle processing and manufacturing experience, Doug joined US AutoLogistics in 2009 to oversee operational activity of the company’s origin point locations, OEM customer relationships and long-term business strategy. Prior to his current role, Doug served as senior manager at a major OEM vehicle processing center where he played a key role in the facility’s transformation and implementation of a cross-training labor strategy to accommodate record-breaking volumes and variability. Doug takes tremendous pride in his daily focus on associate engagement and company culture by stressing value-driven behaviors and a “do the right thing” approach. Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Davenport University and is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. Away from the office, he enjoys family time, golf and travel. Doug and his family reside in Kingwood, Texas.

Terry Drinnen

Director, Maintenance, Equipment and Facilities

Terry brings 40 years of auto transportation fleet maintenance and shop experience to US AutoLogistics where he oversees all fleet and facility maintenance programs. Prior to coming to USAL, he served a combined 23 years in maintenance management and superintendent roles with Jack Cooper Transport and Pacific Motor Trucking where he was responsible for the company’s west coast maintenance operations. With years under his belt as an ASE certified technician, Terry has implemented a robust cross-training program for all shop technicians to meet USAL’s highest standards of safety and roadworthiness. Under his guidance, USAL’s shop has experienced at least four consecutive years of injury-free activity while being recognized as a finalist in the CITGO/Fleet Equipment’s Top Green Shop contest. In late 2013, he played a key role in the facility’s expansion to Birmingham to support USAL’s southeastern operations. He also holds certifications with the Texas Trucking Association (TXTA) and Six Sigma. Terry is chairman of TXTA's Fleet Maintenance Council. Outside of work, Terry enjoys home improvement and playing golf. He and his wife, Alethia, reside in Magnolia, Texas.

Brent Hollenbaugh

Director, Human Resources

With over 15 years of transportation, oil and gas, and military human resources experience, Brent joined US AutoLogistics in 2016. Prior to joining USAL, Brent served as head of human resources for Nabors Drilling USA, a major U.S. oil and gas drilling contractor. Prior to going to the private sector, Brent served 13 years in the U.S. Navy and held a broad range of leadership positions in the areas of aviation maintenance, occupational safety and health, and recruiting management. His broad experience has allowed him to bring a unique approach to the human resources function with a strong sense of business acumen. Brent believes that human resources is a strategic partner to the business and has an ongoing responsibility to serve as the “associate advocate” for the company’s most important assets, the people. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA with emphasis on human resources management, both from Liberty University. Brent is certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his wife, Miki, and two sons, volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America, playing golf, and traveling. Brent and his family reside in Cypress, Texas.

Fred Kraft

Director, Risk Management

Fred joined US AutoLogistics in 2009 and has nearly 40 years of experience in the auto transportation industry. Prior to joining USAL, Fred served with Ryder Automotive Carrier Division and Allied Systems for 31 years, with his final role as vice president of safety and training. In his current role, Fred is responsible for all safety, quality and training initiatives, including serving as the company's compliance officer. With USAL’s unique values-based culture and S.O.L.D. philosophy, Fred has implemented a comprehensive safety and training curriculum which supports USAL's driver workforce. Fred and his wife, Tina, reside in Montgomery, Texas.

Lee McCormick

Director, Financial Services

Lee McCormick brings over 25 years of financial planning and analysis to US AutoLogistics. In his current role since March 2016, Lee oversees all finance operations, information technology and strategic sourcing. Prior to coming to USAL, Lee served for nearly eight years at Gulf States Toyota as senior manager of business planning and analysis. Lee holds a bachelor of finance from Murray State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. In his spare time, Lee enjoys exploring Houston's central city and playing golf.
