Congratulations to (l-r) Joseph Isbell, Orane Love, Jr., Timothy Wright, Thomas (Ray) Edgar, and Lowell Jones (not pictured) for achieving accident-free driving milestones during 2022.

The Million Mile Club recognizes company drivers who have logged safe, consecutive miles without a preventable event. Today's driving environment makes these accomplishments so much more significant.

"Having the physical stamina and mental focus alone to reach these milestones is an enormous feat," said Dan Kepple, senior manager of risk. "Doing so with the increased levels of traffic, distracted drivers, construction zones, and other safety hazards puts these achievements on a whole other level of professional driving competency. Our hearts go out to these gentlemen and we are so proud of them."

Two-million-milers Orane Love, Jr. and Timothy Wright were inducted into the Million Mile Club in 2012 and 2014, respectively. What might take the average commuter about 55-60 years to achieve, a long-haul auto transport professional can accomplish in 10-12 years, provided the moon and stars line up just right.

"I'm proud to say this award didn't happen overnight. A lot of trip planning, always trying to predict what lies ahead, and some good luck help make this possible," said Orane Love, Jr., who's been with US AutoLogistics since 2000. "Plus, when you love what you do, you're engaged and motivated to be the best driver you can be."

"Achieving two million miles with USAL was a proud moment," said Tim Wright, a 17-year associate with the company. "The focus and attention starts at mile 1. Although we're always trying to think defensively for the motoring public, you can't get too far ahead of yourself. You have to stay in the present."

"This is not a solo effort," said Joseph Isbell, a newly-crowned million miler who hopes to reach the two-million-mile mark. "There are a lot of folks who have helped me reach this milestone. Whether its my fellow drivers, support teams in Houston, or our mechanics, this is a team award and I'm happy to be a part of it."
